Developer's reflection: Since embarking on my weight loss journey in June, I have successfully shed 15 pounds by adopting a rather simple yet effective "calorie deficit" strategy. By creating a daily calorie deficit of approximately 500 calories, I have witnessed remarkable results.

Throughout this process, I experimented with various calorie tracking applications, all of which were either inundated with intrusive advertisements or excessively cluttered with unnecessary features.
